1. How to download Netflix?

Please note that our product does not stream the native Netflix app. To access Netflix, it is recommended that you use a streaming device. If you don’t have one, please contact the XGIMI Customer Support team, and we will gladly assist you.

2. Is it bright enough for daytime outdoor use (deck/patio)?

Elfin has 800 ANSI Lumens so the image is watchable during the day. But it depends on your personal experience. We recommend using it at night. Besides, it doesn’t have a built-in battery, so you will need to have an outlet nearby for outdoor use.

3. How to Mirror Android device and iOS device?

For Android device, Download “Google Home” on your phone and connect it with the projector, you would see the screen-mirroring button at the homepage. For iOS device, please install Air Screen app from Google Play Store and use Airplay to mirror your iPhone / iPad / Macbook. Please see our reference video.

4. How far the projector should be placed?

The throw ratio is 1.2 and we recommend image size is 30”-200” so for a 100 inch projection the projector should be 8.7ft away. (200 in=17.3ft; 150 in=13.1ft; 120 in=10.4ft; 100 in=8.7ft; 80 in=7.1ft; 60 in=5.2ft; 40 in=3.4ft.)

5.Can this projector be ceiling mounted?

Yes, but make sure you purchase the correct mount that fits standard 1/4 inch mount.

6. How to use the zoom adjustment?

Please check Settings-Keystone Correction-Screen Zoom to activate digital zoom function.
