Product Description

The KINFAI by whall tilt-head kitchen mixer adopts planetary trajectory mixing, so that the ingredients can be thoroughly stirred at multiple angles, so as to obtain a more uniform mixture.

PCB Control: Starting at high speed will cause the ingredients just put in to splash. Through the PCB control, the mixer will start at low speed first, and slowly to high speed to prevent splashing.

12 Speed Control & Planetary Mixing

Up to 12 speed adjustments can meet more precise mixing needs, match different ingredients and personal preferences as accurately as possible, making the final mixture more satisfactory.

Dough Hook：Start on level “1”, gradually increasing to “6”. For yeast mixtures.
Y-beater: 7-9 level. For cakes, biscuits, pastry, icing, fillings, eclairs and masher potato.
Whisk: 10-12 level. For eggs, cream, batters, fatless sponges, meringues,cheesecakes,mousses and souffles.
Note: The three mixing tools must be washed by hand, please do not put them in the dishwasher for cleaning or soak them in chemical solutions.
