A: Download the APP named F Fit by scaning QR code of the manual or watch, or search “F Fit” from Google Play /APP store.

Q: How to connect phone?

A:First open your Bluetooth; then find Z5 model of the watch in F Fit APP; Bind the device by F Fit app, not Bluetooth Setting of phone. Final connected（Pls update phone’s system to newest if failed）

Q: Cannot get SMS/Notification ?

A: Click “Notification” in APP. Then open the corresponding message notification button. Z5 smart watch only support message/call reminder. No call reply and write features.

Q: Why does Bluetooth always disconnect? Why can’t the data be synchronized?

A: Please ensure that the APP is running in the background of the mobile phone, do not end the APP process, The distance of the Bluetooth connection is within 10 meters without obstacles, less than 5 meters when there are obstructions.If you still have problems, please restart your watch and APP.

Q: Why is BP/HR/SPO2 measurement inaccurate?

A: Please wear the smart watch correctly and keep the back sensor part close to the skin to prevent the green light from leaking out, Please measure 3 times in a static state and take the average value.

A: Time and date will be automatically synchronized after successful connection F Fit APP. You can adjust the time format in the F Fit APP.

Q: Why watch can’t track sleep?

A: The default sleep monitoring time is from 22:00 p.m to 8:00 a.m. Track time can’t be changed.The watch needs to be connected to the F Fit APP to perform sleep monitoring.

Q: Why the watch is not sensitive to touch and can’t slide？

A: Our Z5 smart watch adopts the grounding mode, and only when the human body touches the body of the watch, the sliding operation can be carried out. This is to prevent unknowingly touching the button to cause the watch to run and save power.
