How to Reset the Smart lock?

A. Please open the app and click ‘settings’ to check the ‘reset button’ is on.

B. Please take out one battery for around 5s and then put it back in to restart the lock.

C. After restart within 8s, please long press the deadbolt button for over 8s until hear ‘didi’ sound.

B. If not, please use a screwdriver to take the back panel down.
