Q: What to do if I can’t get it to connect to my phone or always get disconnected?

A:Please note that the maximum Bluetooth distance is 8-15 meters. If the watch was beyond the distance, it will cause the disconnection, you need to bind the watch to the app again.

If the DaFit app can’t detect the watch?

1.open the bluetooth 2.Don’t connect with bluetooth direct 3.Download “Dafit”app to “ADD A DEVICE” to connect 4. confirm it has been paired and connected

if still cann’t pair,please restart your phone and also reset the watch (Turn on the watch–> Click the ”Settings” icon–> “Reset”.) Then try again.

If you still can’t connect the watch: please uninstall the DaFit app and also delete the “C17” from the Bluetooth paired list of your phone. Install the DaFit app and try again.
