The tapered smoke injection nozzle fits into virtually all hoses and lines. An EVAP Service Port Adapter kit is also included!. It could be used on all cars, motorcycles, snowmobiles, ATV, light trucks, boats, etc.

1.Non- technical person shall not change, disassemble or repair the product, otherwise all losses caused by this shall be bared by the user himself.

2.This product is powered by electricity and should not be used as a toy for children.

3.To avoid short circuit, do not immerse the product in water or other liquid.

4.Please try to use the power supply and power cord supplied by manufacturer as standard.

5.Please do not expose this product to strong light or high temperature when it’s not at use.

6.Keep away from smoke-sensitive parts for leak detection, for example- the headlight.

7.Replace the detector oil regularly. Before filling fresh oil, please pour out the old remaining oil in the detector.

8.Detector oil selection : Liquid paraffin and baby oil are all OK. But please make sure there is no water inside, and sticky liquid is forbidden.

Fill 20ml test oil to the detector.

Disconnect the pipe that needs to be conneeted with detector.

Connect detector with DC12V battery, device starts to work.

The pipe will be filled with smoke.Check the leak points.

Use Attention

1.When you use this detector the first time, please fill 20-30ml oil, not beyond this range.

2.Fresh oil can be filled only when the smoke is light, do not add test oil excessive to the volume of the measuring bottle at one time, 15ml each time will be good enough. Otherwise the smoke outlet equipment will be affected.

3.The test equipment has a temperature protector. If the machine is operated continuously for a long time, it will automatically stop and protect after overheating. At this time, the air pump works normally, the heating system stops working, and when the temperature drops to a reasonable temperature, the equipment resumes normal operation. If you need to work continuously, after 15 minutes of work, the equipment shall be shut down for 3-5 minutes.

4.User can use strong airflow for the outside of the device to cool it down, but do not directly use liquid to dissipate heat.
