Our story

How we got our start? The Anchor gym was forged out of necessity & survival. Finding a fitness system that could anchor all gym accessories was impossible. Rather than settle for less, we decided to invent one! U.S based, family owned, company in business since 2007 What makes our product unique? The Anchor Gym delivers four key training protocols: (1) Resistance Band/Tube Training; (2) Suspension Exercises; (3) Stretching with Straps and (4) Large Loop Bands. Hundreds of different exercises and stretches can be performed on a single system. Why we love what we do? After surviving stage 3 cancer, Shawn Finnegan made it his mission to stay strong and to help as many folks as possible get healthy and fit. Each Anchor Gym 7-Prong Accessory Rack measures 3-inches by 17-inches. Each rack contains seven 3.5-inch prongs.
EASY TO INSTALL: Recommended mounting height: 6.5-feet. This puts the prongs above head level for most people. Mounting holes spaced at 16″ on center for extra strong stud mounting.
