Our custom pajamas can be washed by hand only. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat. Do not tumble dry. Otherwise, the product can get damaged.

PET PICTURE: Please upload a high-resolution front view photo of one pet only, showing the full face and neck, with good lighting and no shadows. We will edit out the background. We can also create the pajamas of any animal: dog, cat, horse, bunny, bird, etc.

PRODUCTION TIME: Our custom pajamas take about 3-4 weeks to get completed and shipped due to their custom nature and high volume of orders.

RETURNS: Please know that due to the custom nature of our pajamas, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds on them. However, if your personalized pajamas arrive defective, we’ll work with you to remedy the situation quickly, by sending you a brand-new product free of charge that will be sure to put a smile on your face.
