Connection Method

Easy Usage

1. Place the machine in a stable position, tighten the valve of the universal airbag adaptor clockwise. Insert airbag adapter into the pipeline to be tested from the front end, press the manual pump of the universal adaptor to inflate the airbag and fully seal pipe junctions for no air leak. Insert the outlet of smoke tube into the inlet of the airbag adapter to ensure no air leakage. 2. Connect the detector to vehicle DC12V battery.3. Press the working switch and the detector starts to work for leakage detection. Small vehicles need about 2 mins to make the pipes filled with smoke and large vehicles need longer time. Prepare a head lamp if necessary.4. After the leak detection, please clean up and put away the used adapters and tools.

Safety Tips

1. Please add 20~30ml maximum fresh tester oil into the machine at first use.

2. Do not connect the power cable in reverse. Frequent wrong operations can cause damage and shorten service life.

3. Power off and cool the equipment before refueling. Regularly clean and replace the internal oil.

4. Avoid smoke sensitive components during the test.

5. As for EVAP system, real-time pressure should be monitored and switch should be closed in time.

6. If this unit works for more than 20 minutes, the machine will trigger the protection mechanism to make it cut off. Rest for 15 minutes before next use.
